robbery outside a popular northwest gas station. it happened at the exxon on macarthur boulevard in the palisades. witnesses tell us around 2 o'clock, two men walked inside the store and robbed it. but when they tried to get away.. they didn't make it very far. the would-be getaway car crashed into a tree about 50 feet from the gas station. one witness was able to hold one of the suspects at the scene. the other fled, and is still on the run. we are learning more about an on-board confrontation between an american airlines attendant, and a passenger defending a crying mother. that passenger - could face charges... after confronting the flight attendent who reportedly yanked a stroller away from a woman traveling with her small children. witnesses say the stroller nearly hit the child, and then the passenger had seen enough. we've learned that passenger could face charges... because it's against federal law, to

the fitbit website says the device contains electrical equipment that could cause injury if not handled properly. mitchell says she was very careful when wearing the device. fitbit says it's investigating. and it says it's not aware of any similar complaints. a chicago man is filing a class-action lawsuit.. claiming his noise-canceling bose headphones spied on him. the lawsuit alleges.. when you wear certain headphones, bose secretly collects your personal information, and gives it to third parties. the five-million dollar lawsuit focues on bose's "connect" app. it's marketed as an optional companion to bose's newer headphones and speakers. bose says the app collects standard things to make your experience better.. but if you don't use the app, the company doesn

a heart-stopping accident caught on camera in arkansas. a child falling from accident caught on camera in arkansas. a child falling from the back of a church bus and onto a busy highway.. keep your eye on this white bus ahead. out of nowhere the back door opens with a small girl clinging for life. she falls motionless in the middle of the state highway. the bus wouldn't return for her for another 18-minutes! thankfully a e-m-t was driving right behind... he caught this video and was the first to come to the small girls side.
